This customer contacted Mole Home Services to replace her old lead and shared supply pipe.
We proceeded with our usual process of an online survey, the customer was happy to then proceed to a site survey.
We installed 15m of new 25mm MDPE pipework. This was installed to the same position. The pipework was laid dead, capped and ready for the waterboard to connect.
A WIAPS certificate was issued to Untied Utilities and once they have completed their side, we attended to swap the supplies over.
