Mr Morgan contacted us as he was experiencing poor drainage within his back garden, he noted the issues were more prominent in at the bottom of the lawn. After a remote survey we were able to send an initial estimate – the customer was happy with this ball park figure and called us back within a few ours to arrange a survey.
The follow up survey was booked in and completed within a week, and found that the property is lower than the house/garden to the rear,
meaning water holds in the lawn. We recommend the installation of our pump system at the lowest point of the garden where the pooling was at its worst, to not only remove surface water but also reduce the water table within that area. We also recommended the installation of 6 meters of French drains to catch water as it enters the garden to be transported to the pump to be discharged.
The customer was happy with the quote provided and we scheduled the works straight away. Works were completed to specification within the day and tiding up the following day, and the system was immediately effective:
