This customer contacted Mole Home Services after noticing a very poor water flow rate at the property. Despite the waterboard upgrading the public end of the service pipe, the old lead main was just not providing enough water flow for the property.
We provided an initial estimate based on Google Earth survey. This was accepted by the customer and the works were booked in.
The flow rate was noted at being approximately 7lpm. A new 25mm MPDE pipe was installed (25m replaced) brought into the property using a 4inch Pre insulated duct. The flow rate was noted on completion, at 21lpm.
All ground was reinstated and a WIAPS certificated produced to show all pipework was installed to WRAS standard.
