Mole Home Services were contacted by this customer due to a history of poor pressure at the property.
After an initial Google Earth survey, an estimated cost was provided and was followed up with a site visit.
As the property had not long undergone a new driveway, the customer was a little apprehensive regarding the reinstatement. After chatting this through, we were able to provide images of previous works to provide reassurance on our ability.
We then proceeded to install 27 meters of new 25mm MDPE pipework and brought this into the property using an INSUduct riser box. The new pipework entered in the existing location with a new 25x15mm stop tap and drain off.
The flow rate was then checked and a significant improvement in flow was recorded.
All areas were backfilled and reinstated to the highest of standard.
